What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds for undelivered orders may be denied if the stated shipping timeframe of 1–4 weeks is still in progress.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Premade and ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Preorder items usually require 3–5 weeks for production and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, customs processing, and high-volume periods.
